137th Annual Meeting of the Society

Time: Business meeting will begin at 5pm so please arrive early

THIS MEETING AND RECEPTION FOLLOWING IS OPEN TO PSSR MEMBERS ONLY

– THEREFORE, GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED – 

ALSO, THERE IS NO COST TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL MEETING OR THE RECEPTION TO FOLLOW.

 

COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE:

Once again, a free shuttle bus service will be offered this year, so as to accommodate many of our members who would like to attend the Annual Meeting but would rather not deal with the traffic and the parking in Center City. So, if you are interested in attending the Annual Meeting, you will be asked below if you plan to ride into Center City on the Shuttle Bus.

DEPARTURE:

The bus will depart at 3:30pm from the parking lot of Church of the Redeemer in Bryn Mawr (230 Pennswood Rd, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010). This should have the bus arriving at The Armory just prior to the beginning of the meeting.

RETURN:

The bus will depart at 8:30pm, outside the front entrance of the Armory, and return everyone back to the Church of the Redeemer parking lot.

MERCHANDISE:

Ties, rosettes and other Society merchandise will be available for purchase at the reception AFTER the conclusion of the Business Meeting. If you would like to purchase an item before the meeting, please email the office BEFORE TUESDAY 8 APRIL to inquire: [email protected]

PLEASE NOTE: The Annual Meeting is for Society members only. However, some of our younger members and some of our older members may need to attend with a chaperone, so please provide the names of everyone attending with you:

COMPLIMENTARY BUS SERVICE will be offered, departing from Church of the Redeemer in Bryn Mawr at 3:30pm and dropping at The Armory, and then leaving the Armory at 8:30pm returning back to the Church parking lot. Parking will be permitted in the Church parking lot. Will you be taking the bus into Center City?
